I waited for this fragrance with great excitement. Here is the Iris & Musk of Liberty by pH Fragrances brand. If you are following my blog, you know that I am a fan of powdery iris scents. Did the pH Fragnances brand live up to the expectations of the iris freak?
Iris & Musk of Liberty is a composition with ingredients such as: iris, juniper, freesia, violet leaves, musk and tonka. The opening of the fragrance welcomes you with the aromatic scent of the title iris and musk. It is an interesting powdery blend resting on a cozy and warming musk. I must admit that this combination surprised me the most and I fell in love with this fragrance from the very first application. It is rare to find an iris in such a light and warm edition. The whole scent is perfectly mixed with a hint of juniper. In the next stage, there is a characteristic note of freesia and violet leaves. This definitely enlivens the fragrance and gives it a new life. From now on, the fragrance is very floral and, although, the iris is still noticeable, it is only noticable in the background. The composition is crowned with a sweet, slightly vanilla-balsamic note of tonka and musk. The fragrance is very delicate and close to the skin, which makes it incredibly intimate and seductive.
The parameters are very good. The pH Fragrances brand has never disappointed me with the quality of its perfumes. If you are fans of iris in perfumes and are looking for a slightly different scent than before, I recommend checking out this fragrance.
