Burning For Oud by L’Atelier Parfum is an amber-woody composition, in which we find such ingredients as: Himalayan cedar, saffron, oud, patchouli, amber, pink pepper, ginger, incense, papyrus, ambroxan and rum. The opening of the fragrance is an interesting mix of warming amber and cedar. Of course there is also an intense oud note. The scent is incredibly woody and warming. After a few moments, there is a sharp note of ginger and pink pepper, which even more captures the smell of smoke and fire. The smell is incredibly woody and pleasant. In the next stage, the smell becomes balsamic with a lot of oud. With every next moment there are more and more woody leather notes and my beloved patchouli. Burning for Oud is an incredibly deep and warming fragrance.
