I come to you with perfume novelties. I have just received two newest V Canto fragrances: Leon and Da Montefeltro.
Leon is an elegant blend of flowers and citrus that will perfectly match the coming spring. The opening of the fragrance belongs to the Bulgarian rose with an admixture of jasmine and mandarin. In the background you can also smell grapefruit and creamy ylang-ylang. The whole mixture is incredibly interesting and consistent. I am a huge fan of floral fragrances created by Paolo Terenzi, therefore there was no end to my delight. In the next stage the fragrance becomes a bit more woody with a hint of musk. The whole experience is incredibly cozy and spring-like. In the last stage of its projection, the fragrance is slightly thinner, revealing the highest quality vanilla and a pinch of flowers. Leon is a fragrance with great parameters, so I especially recommend it to fans of strong autumn compositions.
F. da Montefeltro is also a floral composition, although, more slightly sweeter and fruity than Leon. The opening of the fragrance belongs here to creamy ylang-ylang, vanilla, peach and ambergris. The smell is pleasant and warms our skin, creating a slightly fruity aura. In the next stage, the fragrance gives us a powdery wood experience. There are notes of iris, interesting gurjan balm and slightly earthy patchouli. I love such surprising nuances that affect the development of the fragrance in an interesting way. Here, patchouli was a hit. In the last stage of the scent projection, we get a mix of patchouli, sandalwood and lavender. The parameters of the fragrance are as befits a composition with ylang-ylang – very good. I am delighted with this fragrance and it will definitely be my classic for the summer.
