Review: Sarah Baker - Bascule

Bascule is one of the most interesting fragrances I have ever tested. The work of the Sarah Baker brand is an interesting and unique perfume which contains ingredients such as: hay, grass, leather, tobacco, peach, bergamot, vetiver, lily of the valley, musk, amber and fir.

The opening of the fragrance belongs to the notes of hay and grass combined with deep accords of leather and tobacco. It is a unique and interesting combination that creates a truly ‘green’ experience. The whole scent is emphasized by metallic notes, which were used here as a perfect complement to the whole. I have to admit that I have not dealt with such a composition yet, although I could expect only positive surprises from the Sarah Baker brand. The previous two fragrances that I tested on my blog turned out to be a great hit and a wonderful discovery. I have a similar feeling with Bascule – the fragrance is unique and definitely in Sarah Baker’s style.
