V Canto is inspired by the most beautiful love stories ever written, the love for the authentic origin, for the deep roots and for the native land. In fact, for over 700 years, the Terenzi family has lived near the Gradara Castle, one of the most evocative in Italy. Even the Supreme Dante Alighieri dedicated a song from his Comedy to this magical place, that of Paolo and Francesca, figures sculpted from immortal verses. From these views and from these verses our creations are born.
Tiziana and Paolo, who grew up with the same passion for the sea and its infinite spaces, share horizons and visions, in a fusion of talent that opens up new perspectives. The bond with the Terenzi family is close to them like the oak to the earth. And hence the fruits of the knowledge of generations, which live beyond time. The music of the ancestors still plays in their hearts, the journey is always directed towards the sea. Wonders continue and will continue to be born, with natural and precious raw materials, through the obsessive attention to every detail: because every creation is the daughter of our family and speaks of men and women who have been able to enclose the absolute in a drop of perfume, and life in a drop of wax.
Malatesta is a powdery leather composition in which we can find fragrance notes such as: musk, orange, leather, iris, violet, lavender, vanilla, wood notes, pepper, oud, patchouli and mandarin orange. The opening of the fragrance is strong and aromatic with a hint of powdery note of leather and iris. It is an amazing sensation that hits our senses and stays with us for a long time. Such a strong opening of the fragrance foreshadows a wonderful olfactory journey that we embark on after each fragrance application. In the next stage, the iris is combined with violet and woody notes, and a strong note of oud also appears.
The scent becomes even more powerful and its powdery face prompts us to many interesting analyzes. I am a huge fan of powdery iris and leather, therefore, I was certain this blend would be my favorite V Canto fragrance and … I was right!
