The Bohoboco brand has been known for years as one of the best fashion brands in Poland. Its founder is the talented Michał Gilbert Lach. His talent is very versatile and his vision of a beautiful world is also about clothes that we cannot see with the naked eye. This is how the Bohoboco Perfumes project was born and how it stormed the market of niche perfumes. Currently, the brand has 10 unique fragrance compositions to its credit. Welcome to the world of Bohoboco Perfumes.
Red Wine Brown Sugar is a sweet and fruity composition with a wood leather base. The opening of the fragrance belongs to the notes of red wine, red berries, my favorite bitter raspberry and brown sugar. The whole mix creates an unobvious sweetness that is really hard to describe. It is not just a floral or vanilla sweetness that immediately comes to mind. It is lightly roasted brown sugar mixed with dry red wine with the addition of fruit and a wood base. The key ingredient here is patchouli, which acts as an earthy base. Red Wine Brown Sugar is a fragrance for fans of niche perfumes and fragrances with a hint of sweetness.
Olibanum Gardenia is an amber wood composition with one of my beloved ingredients in perfumery – labdanum. The opening of the fragrance is a mixture of incense and gardenia flower with a wood base. Somewhere in the background you can feel a delicate accord of coconut, which perfectly complements the previously mentioned ingredients. The smell is warm and raw, at times spicy and slightly tart. I am a huge fan of resin and flower combinations, thus, this fragrance has a special place in my heart. In my opinion, this is the best composition from the Bohoboco brand portfolio and by far the best of all the fragrances with labdanum in the lead role.
