Aether is a French perfume brand which was founded in 2016. Currently, the project seems to attract a lot of interest. At the moment, 15 fragrance compositions have already been released on the market.
Carboneum is a 2016 composition by the duo of Amélie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaghel. A leathery fruit composition opens with notes of tropical guava and leather combined with pineapple creates a fresh and sweet opening. In the next stage, we get a mixture of floral notes and musk, which creates an interesting base. The fragrance is sparkling, fresh and sexy. In my opinion, it is a spring / summer composition. I am a huge fan of pineapples as a perfume ingredient, so this fragrance is definitely one of my best discoveries this year. Carboneum is a fragrance for those who definitely like fruit and skin accords in perfumes.
I rate the fragrance’s durability very high, although it is not a typical ‘killer’, it develops beautifully. An olfactory journey is created on our skin. The fragrance is contained in a transparent bottle, which is decorated with inscriptions with the name of the fragrance and the Aether brand logo.
