A memory in motion and in action: that is also the magic and the raison d’être of Flash Back. A tangy and vibrant fragrance, Flash Back is an olfactory reminiscence: tangy and slightly green rhubarb mixed with hesperides revives an enveloping childhood smell: that of rhubarb tart. A base note of vetiver and cedar give it woody sensuality.
Flash Back is a composition by Olfactive Studio, created by Olivier Cresp. The composition of the fragrance includes such ingredients as: green apple, pink pepper, rhubarb, grapefruit, orange, vetiver, cedar, musk and amber. The opening of the fragrance is an aromatic-citrus blend of vetiver and juicy grapefruit with a hint of slightly sour rhubarb. The smell is incredibly fresh and unique. I am a big fan of vetiver, so I can say that this is one of the best compositions with this ingredient in the lead role. In the next stage it gets a bit more woody. We have a hint of cedar, green apple and hot spices. Vetiver still reigns, but it is definitely less than at the beginning. The further you go, the warmer the scent becomes. We have great musk and warming amber here. Flash Back is a fragrance for all fans of aromatic vetiver in a light and spring-summer version.
The parameters of the fragrance are very good. The composition stays on the skin for many hours and its projection is very good. This is one of those compositions that does not let you forget about it. I’m delighted! You can also buy Olfactive Studio fragrances in the travel size version with a capacity of 15 ml. I take my 3 treasures with me!
