Today I have something amazing for you. The Experimental Perfume Club brand told me a secret and I couldn’t wait to reveal it to you. Two different fragrances for one purpose: layering.
Here’s the secret of Bergamot Incense and the Sandalwood Musk previously described on my blog. But it’s not over, read till the end 🙂
Bergamot Incense is a fresh citrus spicy fragrance with bergamot, olibanum, juniper berries and iris flower. The opening of the fragrance is the fresh aroma of iris and the cool scent of frankincense. The smell is aromatic and incredibly interesting. If you remember my Sandalwood Musk review, you know that this creamy sandalwood scent won my heart. The EPC brand allowed us to rediscover these two fragrances. How? Combining them. Thanks to layering, we get a great woody scent with the power of citrus and an interesting olibanum scent. In the background a wonderful and soft musk. The scent is seductive and this combination will definitely be loved by fans of multi-layered fragrances that are fresh and at the same time have an interesting depth.
I also recommend checking out the second mix. Bergamot Noir is a fragrance from the EPC black collection. Here we get something a bit more for the evening and intense. The fragrance has an interesting depth and in combination with Sandalwood Musk it will create an elegant and refined fragrance. Here we have great bergamot accents and we get more resin notes, which in combination with sandalwood creates a strongly woody combination but with a large dose of balsamic and slightly creamy notes.
I am positively surprised by the combinations offered by the EPC brand and from my perspective I can add that layering is something we don’t have to be afraid of and we can test it with other fragrances on a daily basis. There are different ways to enjoy perfumes.
