D’OTTO honours the creativity of artists through perfumes, which are emotional responses to aesthetic beauty and intrigue. Our creative approach is driven by our perfumer’s subjective interpretation of artworks, embodying the emotional essence of Artistic Perfumery.

From the paintings that hang our walls to the rugs beneath our feet, our homes are evidence of the many forms of art. As an expert in the liquified expression, D’OTTO uses perfumes and blends of intertwined aromas to translate feelings and messages. Detangling the 7+1 extrait de parfum, perfumer Paolo Terenzi explains the inspiration behind the fragrance is artist Marcus Rothkowitz who used stripes of contrasting colour to convey emotions. Reflecting this layering technique, the scent uses notes of pepper over sugar and patchouli to create a deeply aromatic essence.

7+1 is a perfume fully created by Paolo and Tiziana Terenzi. The beautiful design of the bottle is a great vision and the highest quality materials. The characteristic spherical bottle and heavy artistic stopper are attributes that cannot be ignored. The fragrance is a warm spicy composition, in which we can find such fragrance notes as: rose, spun sugar dessert, leather, cedar, sandalwood, guaiac wood, saffron, black pepper, nutmeg, raspberry, cardamom, linden blossom, musk, cypriol , oud, olibanum, amber, patchouli and tonka. The opening of the fragrance is an interesting and warm mix of leather and raspberry, seasoned with cardamom and saffron. The fragrance envelops us with its aromas. In the next stage, there are a lot of woody notes, including cedar and musk. The composition is leather and wood, although in the background you can still feel fruity notes. The smell is really multidimensional, so I catch new aromas every time.

The parameters of the fragrance are very good. The composition stays on the skin for up to 12 hours, and its projection is sensational. Tiziana and Paolo Terenzi know how to create a unique cannon that tempts all our senses.
