Black Weed is a feel-good perfume, as woody and spicy as a trip to the country in winter. A perfume that incorporates the graceful nature of Scandinavian winter, the warming smell of hot chocolate with a hint of vanilla and the all-enveloping warmth of flickering fire into its fragrance chords.
Black Weed is an amber-musk composition, in which we find such ingredients as: benzoin, nutmeg, saffron, cinnamon, coriander, musk, sandalwood and vanilla. The opening of the fragrance is a combination of warming resins and nutmeg with a wonderful smell of saffron in the background. I love such mysterious and intriguing compositions. As the projection proceeds, the fragrance becomes warmer. Powdery accords of cinnamon and cozy musk appear. You can still smell the saffron, which adds a hint of spiciness. The compositions are crowned with a leather-balsamic fragrance including vanilla, a creamy note of sandalwood and cinnamon.
The fragrance parameters are very good. The composition is delicate and mysterious, but its projection is delightful. If you’re looking for a woody scent and you’re also a fan of saffron and cinnamon, you’ll love Black Weed.
