Olfactory twists played in contrast with one another recall the intricate and luxuriant vegetation of the forests of Guatemala. Tikal, the fragrance dedicated to the Maya civilization, is named after an incredibly spectacular archaeological and naturalistic site, a place where enigmas and mysteries stand out, sculpted, on the steps of temples and majestic monuments.
Tikal is an atavistic fragrance with a visceral appeal. From resins secreted by trees and substances formerly associated with colours, sounds and stones, the Four Codes transcribed on bark wood evoke a myriad of suggestions that remain shrouded in mystery.
Tikal is a fragrance by the Anima Mundi brand. The nose behind this fragrance is Andrea (Thero) Casotti. The composition includes ingredients such as: sage, coriander, lemon, bergamot, geranium, nutmeg, tonka, guaiac wood, sandalwood and cedar. The opening of the fragrance greets us with a strong scent of herbal sage, aromatic coriander and a distinctive floral note of geranium. The smell is extremely intense and aromatic. After a few moments, notes of citrus and creamy tonka begin to be felt, which creates an interesting base for the rest of the ingredients. The further you go, the more woody the scent becomes. A wonderful mix of cedar, sandalwood and guaiac wood is the perfect complement to the herbal notes of sage, which is still the queen of this fragrance.
The parameters of the fragrance are very good. The composition stays on the skin for up to 12 hours and is very intense. All fans of herbal aromas and great durability will love it. The Anima mundi brand never disappoints me.
