Essential Parfums is one of my favorite niche perfume brands. With each new launch, I am convinced of it more and more, and the latest work of the Fig Infusion brand finally confirmed this belief. If you love sweet and creamy figs, stay with me. This review will stimulate your senses.
The sweet scent of figs combined with aromatic mandarin and a sandalwood base creates a slightly creamy opening that stays with us for a long time. I consider the combination of sandalwood and fig to be outstanding and although I thought that my love for figs can’t grow any bigger, I was wrong. In the next stage, warm resins join our creamy sweetness, thanks to which the mandarin becomes even juicier. The smell is definitely fresher, although the leitmotif of figs is still noticeable here. In the next stage, the fragrance becomes a bit greener, thanks to black tea and orange blossom. At the end, we get something like a mix of white flowers and resins, which in my opinion is the perfect ending to such a delicate and unique fragrance as Fig Infusion.
The fragrance parameters are very good. The composition stays on the skin for up to 10 hours and will satisfy all fans of warm and creamy fragrances. The creator of the fragrance is the reliable Nathalie Lorson, who has created many fragrances that have been present on my perfume shelf for years.
