Urban Scents is a niche perfume brand that has debuted in 2016. So far, 13 fragrance compositions have been created, one of which has just landed in my hands. I hope that you are ready for a fantastic experience, because here it is – the fragnance who is a strong contender for the title of my favourite fragnance of 2022.
BER.CAVOK is a fresh, clean, ozonic, aldehydic, musky perfume with a unique inspiration, which combines two completely different worlds: perfume and flying. The spring sky combines the typical and unique olfactory notes of linden blossom… this slightly floral, honeyed and spicy nutmeg note that can be noticed throughout Berlin, with a fresh CAVOK accord, Marie’s interpretation of the slightly ozonic and crystalline blue sky. A few scattered clouds have turned into soft and comfortable notes of “white musks”… The unique architectural view of this city, under permanent construction and reconstruction is reflected by the edgy facet of Calone and other mineral notes….The construction is rather linear (not really the typical head, heart, base)… more like an almost infinite visibility, that pilots have during a flight under good meteorological conditions…
Ber Cavok is an ozone-mineral composition created by Marie Le Febvre. The composition of the fragrance includes ingredients such as linden flower, mineral water, ozone notes, calone, honey, musk and nutmeg. The opening of the fragrance is a fresh and spacious ozone note combined with the characteristic scent of linden flower. The fragrance is sweet and fresh at the same time. I must admit that I fell in love with this composition, therefore, this review will be a kind of love letter to the Urban Scents brand. In the next stage, we experience something like a slightly metallic note of mineral water and calone, a synthetic ingredient with a water and a fresh face. After a few moments, the smell becomes much sweeter thanks to the note of honey and the smell of linden. The composition is unique and completely different from anything that I have ever tested, thus, it is definitely one of the best fragrances I have ever encountered.
The fragrance parameters are very good. The composition stays on the skin for a very long time and thanks to its multidimensionality, it provides us with many interesting experiences at every stage of its projection. If you are looking for an extraordinary, attractive and niche style, I can guarantee you that you can go ahead and buy this fragrance. I am looking forward to the next fragrances from this brand and I can assure you that Urban Scents will appear many more times on my blog.
